I did not support Brexit and I’m sorry for the added fees / delays it may cause :( I haven’t listed European countries as shipping options as the rules around sending jewellery are very confusing and vary country to country. However if you are in the EU and would like to buy something just send me a message with what you would like and I’ll double check the legal jargon for where you are and ship it out to you.

Reuse & Repurposing Clients Metal or Stones
I will decide on a case by case basis if your metal / stones are appropriate for repurposing in your chosen design. Please note, I will refer to your prior knowledge of the piece and the hallmarks (if applicable) to judge the piece. I am not a trained gemmologist so I won’t grade your stones.
Please note, stones can become damaged in their settings, with hairline cracked and previous inclusions becoming weak over time. This may not become apparent until attempting to remove the stone from it’s setting so I cannot be held responsible for stones being damaged during removal or re-setting. I will take the upmost care when handing your stones, but by agreeing to the reuse of them you are confirming that you have been made aware and are agreeing to the possible risk.
As with all bespoke work, pieces incorporating a clients metal or stones are non-returnable.
Terms & Conditions
Legal jargon! This section is a bit boring but needs to be here. As a dyslexic person my eyes just glaze over when I see this much text so - in case you are anything like me - I have tried to keep this as straightforward as possible and break it down into chunks. If you have any questions feel free to drop me a message.
Bespoke Jewellery
Estimate - a rough costing to get us started (please note this is not legally binding.)
Quote - an accurate pricing of the job in the form it’s been described. This can only be changed if the parameters of the job changes ie. a larger stone added. The final costing will never be more than the number I quote you. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
Bespoke jewellery is non-returnable.
